Acrylic Badge

Laser-cut from cast acrylic sheet. Any 2D shape — logo, letter, mascot, geometric. No mold fee. The most common approach is using your existing company logo, but our in-house design team can also create a custom badge shape tailored specifically to your event — an owl for a wildlife gala, a lighthouse for a maritime conference, a star for an awards ceremony, a football for a sports tournament. You provide the concept, our designers turn it into a production-ready vector file. The acrylic acts as a natural light guide, diffusing LED illumination evenly across the entire badge surface. Best for brand events, VIP credentials, concert merch, and charity galas where shape matters.

ABS Badge

Injection-molded ABS plastic housing with embedded LEDs. Durable, impact-resistant, and cost-effective for large orders. Available in round, rectangular, or custom molded shapes. The GFH-001 and GFH-002 series use ABS badge housings paired with nylon or TPU straps. Best for large-scale giveaways, staff credentials, and trade shows.

Most clients come to us with their company logo and ask us to turn it into a badge. That is the most common scenario and we handle it every day. But some clients have a bigger vision — they want a badge shape that tells a story, represents a cause, or embodies a theme that goes beyond their existing brand identity.

That is where our in-house design team comes in. You describe the concept, we create the vector artwork. An owl silhouette with glowing eyes for a wildlife conservation gala. There is no additional charge for design consultation — your badge order includes the design service. You own the final vector file and can reuse it for future orders.

What is the difference between acrylic and ABS LED badges? +

Acrylic badges are laser-cut from clear cast acrylic sheet, offering unlimited shape options with no mold fee. The acrylic diffuses LED light evenly across the entire badge surface. ABS badges use an injection-molded plastic housing, which requires a mold but offers lower per-unit cost for very large quantities. Acrylic is best for custom logo shapes and premium keepsakes. ABS is best for large-scale giveaways and staff credentials where durability and cost efficiency are the priority.

Can custom LED badges be controlled remotely to change color during an event? +

Yes. All GFLAI custom LED badges use RGB LEDs that can be digitally controlled to emit any color. With the GFC004 handheld RF remote, you can change all badges within 250 meters simultaneously. With the GFC005 DMX512 transmitter, color changes can be programmed into the show file and triggered from a lighting console. With the GFC008 APP transmitter, attendees can control their own badge color from a branded mobile app.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom LED badges? +

200 units is the standard MOQ for custom LED badge orders. This covers setup costs for laser cutting or mold setup, strap printing, and packaging. For very large events, we regularly produce orders of 5,000 to 50,000+ units. Contact us with your quantity for a tailored quotation. We are a B2B manufacturer and do not sell single units.

Can the badge be detached from the lanyard and reattached to a different strap? +

Yes. All GFLAI badges use a standard slot-and-clip attachment system compatible with most 10mm to 15mm lanyard straps. The badge can be detached and reattached to a different strap without tools. Many clients reuse badge hardware across multiple events, ordering only replacement straps for each new campaign.

What certifications do your custom LED badges carry? +

All GFLAI LED badge products are FCC, CE, RoHS, and KC certified. Full certification documentation is provided with each order for customs clearance and venue compliance. If your target market requires additional certifications, we can provide the technical data package to support your application.

Can your design team create a badge shape from my concept if I do not have a logo? +

Absolutely. Our in-house design team can create a custom badge shape based on your event concept, theme, or cause. You do not need to have a ready-made logo or vector artwork — just describe what you have in mind (an owl for a wildlife event, a lighthouse for a maritime conference, a football for a sports tournament, etc.) and our designers will produce the vector artwork for you. This design service is included with your badge order at no additional charge, and you own the final design files.
