We accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, and DXF vector files. For raster artwork, we can trace the outline if it has clear contrast. The key requirement is a clean closed vector path defining the outer boundary. Internal cutouts (holes) are supported as long as the badge remains one contiguous piece.
Is there a minimum size or complexity limit for the shape?

Minimum feature size is approximately 3mm — very thin extensions or delicate details may require design reinforcement. Maximum badge size depends on the LED placement and battery compartment. Typical badges range from 4cm to 12cm in the longest dimension. We will review your artwork and recommend adjustments if needed.
Can I order just the acrylic badge without the lanyard strap?

Yes, the acrylic badge assembly (acrylic pendant + LED + battery + attachment clip) can be ordered separately without the lanyard strap. However, please note that we are a B2B manufacturer — our minimum order quantity is 200 units. We do not sell single badges. The badge uses a standard slot or clip compatible with most 10mm–15mm lanyard straps, so you can attach them to your existing lanyard system.
How do I ensure my brand colors are accurately reproduced on the badge?

We use Pantone-based color calibration for strap printing and badge production. The acrylic surface itself is clear or translucent — color is achieved through the LED glow and printed backing or colored acrylic sheet. For multi-color brand marks, the sublimation webbing strap provides full-color reproduction including gradients and fine detail. For enterprise clients placing bulk orders, we can also provide a free internal color calibration tool to help you verify brand color accuracy before full production begins.
What is the lead time for custom acrylic badge samples and bulk orders?

Can the LED color be different for different parts of the same badge?

Yes. The LED color is not fixed — our RGB LEDs can be controlled digitally to emit any color within the spectrum. The same single LED can shift from blue to red to green to purple on command via RF remote, DMX512, or APP control. For shapes like an owl with two eyes, we place separate controllable LEDs behind each eye cutout, and each can be programmed to a different color or pattern independently. For lighthouse shapes, the beacon top LED can be set to a different color from the base LEDs. The color changes are controlled through the transmitter, not by swapping physical bulbs. No additional tooling or setup cost is required — the LED placement and control configuration are programmed per your design file during assembly.
What is the difference between a custom acrylic LED badge and a standard printed PVC badge?

Standard PVC badges are flat printed badges with no lighting, limited to rectangular or simple die-cut shapes with high mold costs for custom outlines. Custom acrylic LED badges are laser-cut to any 2D shape with zero mold fee, feature built-in LED lighting that makes the badge glow in dark environments, use acrylic material that diffuses light evenly, and function as both an ID holder and a branded keepsake. The acrylic badge also supports selective LED placement to highlight specific features of the shape — something no printed badge can achieve.
Can I combine a custom acrylic LED badge with DMX512 or APP control for crowd synchronization?

All custom acrylic LED badges can be paired with our RF remote (GFC004), DMX512 transmitter (GFC005), or APP transmitter (GFC008) for synchronized color changes and flashing patterns across the entire crowd.
