Is there a wholesale price list I can download? +
Wholesale pricing depends on model, customization depth, and quantity, so a single static price list would be misleading. Instead, we provide a personalized tiered quotation based on your specific configuration. Send your quantity and model preference via the form and receive per-unit pricing at each volume break (200 / 1,000 / 5,000 / 20,000) within 24 hours. Distributors with standing accounts can request annual pricing agreements.
Can I mix different models in one wholesale order? +
Yes. A single wholesale order can combine multiple models (GFH-001 for attendee, GFH-004 for VIP, GFH-002 for outdoor) and multiple print treatments. The tier quantity applies to the total order, not per model — so 600 units total qualifies for the Starter tier even if split across three models. Each model line is priced separately at its volume level.
Do you hold stock for repeat wholesale orders? +
Yes, through the blank stock program. Standard models (GFH-001 and GFH-002 in common configurations) are pre-produced and held in inventory for fast dispatch. For custom-branded orders, we can hold finished stock for you after production — some distributors use our warehouse as their regional buffer, drawing down stock as client orders come in. Holding terms are agreed per account.
Can I resell under my own brand name? +
Yes. Private label is available from the Volume tier (5,000+) and above. Your brand appears on the product packaging, and with ODM service, on the product itself and the control APP. We do not market competing products to your end clients after you build a brand on a specific model — your account manager can set up exclusive model terms for your catalog.
What certifications come with wholesale orders? +
All light up lanyards carry FCC, CE, and RoHS certifications as standard, with documentation included for customs clearance and venue compliance. KC is available for the Korean market. If your target market needs additional certification, we provide the technical data package and factory documentation to support your application. Certification files are shared with wholesale partners for their own compliance records.
How are wholesale orders packed and shipped? +
Standard packing is poly bag per unit, with bulk cartons (typically 200 units per carton). Options include retail boxes, foam-insert presentation boxes, and custom printed cartons. Batch splitting packs each allocation separately with its own label — by venue, date, or role. Shipping is DDP: freight, customs clearance, and import duties are included in one quoted price, delivered to the address you specify.
