An LED lanyard is a neck-worn lanyard — the standard format for credentials, badges, and keys — with a battery-powered LED lighting system integrated into the strap, the badge, or both. Because the electronics are sealed within the assembly, the product operates independently of external wiring, cabling, or power sources.
Nylon, TPU, or polyester webbing, 90–92 cm long. Carries the printed branding and holds the lanyard on the wearer. Some models route light along the strap itself.
Acrylic, ABS, or round medal shell. Acts as the credential surface — printed or laser-cut with logos — and houses the main LED module.
Surface-mount LEDs driven by a small controller chip. Powered by CR2032 coin cells or AAA batteries, typically running 8–12 hours per set.
A built-in button on every lanyard, plus optional wireless transmitters — RF remote, DMX512, or APP — for synchronized crowd-wide control.
An LED lanyard comprises four components, fully sealed in one wearable unit
GFLAI manufactures five LED lanyard series, GFH-001 to GFH-005. The series differ in strap material, badge style, and LED configuration; all share one production line and one quality standard.

8 LEDs along the strap plus 2 in the badge. The entire lanyard illuminates, delivering the strongest crowd visibility of the series. RF-ready (433MHz); suited to ID programs.

A transparent, waterproof TPU strap with 2 badge LEDs. The optical clarity focuses the light on the badge itself. Suited to outdoor and rain-exposed events.

A φ6.7 cm round medal shell with 10 perimeter LEDs and a swappable fabric sleeve for rapid color changes. The highest-output badge of the series — applied to medals, VIP credentials, and high-visibility recognition.

A 12×8 cm acrylic badge with one backlit LED, diffusing light evenly across the badge surface. Selected for corporate and VIP programs where a refined appearance is required.

Laser-cut to any 2D shape from supplied artwork — logo, mascot, letterform, or object — with 1–2 selectable LEDs. No mold fee; design support included. The primary series for brand-shaped credentials and merchandise.
LED lanyards differ by lighting zone and by light behavior. Two questions decide the visual effect: which part of the lanyard glows, and how the glow changes.
Three lighting zones: strap, badge, or both
LEDs are embedded along the strap so the full length illuminates. Maximum visibility at distance; the lanyard functions as a light line across the chest. Available on GFH-001.
Light is concentrated in the badge while the strap remains plain, making the badge the focal point. Used on GFH-002, GFH-003, GFH-004, and GFH-005.
Strap and badge illuminate together, forming a full light frame. Intended for high-impact events where the audience forms the light display.
7 preset colors (red, blue, green, yellow, purple, cyan, white) and 4 light modes (steady, slow flash, fast flash, strobe). Because the LED is RGB-capable, the color is switched electronically — no different LED components per color.
Every lanyard works standalone with its button. For events, transmitters add crowd-wide synchronization. The same lanyard can switch control methods — transmitters are field-upgradeable and reusable.
Long press toggles on/off; single tap cycles colors and modes. Requires no additional equipment — the baseline control on every order.
A single press broadcasts to all lanyards within 250 meters. No pairing or APP required. Standard for events up to 2,000 units.
GFLAI's ready-made APP, or a white-label APP branded for the event. Attendee-side control allows guests to select their own lanyard color via smartphone.
Connects to any lighting console. Lanyard cues are programmed into your show file and synchronized with stage lighting in milliseconds. Built for stadium tours and televised events.
Four elements are customizable on every order. As the producing factory, GFLAI executes all four in-house — eliminating file transfer between agencies and quality gaps between suppliers.
Screen print for solid colors, sublimation for full-color gradients. Pantone matched, approved on a physical sample.
Standard ABS or medal shells, or laser-cut custom acrylic shapes with no mold fee. Free design support from concept to cut file.
Default 7-color RGB, or firmware-locked to a single brand color. Custom flash sequences can be programmed into the chip.
Poly bags, retail boxes, or tray packaging — with your branding printed on the box, ready for resale or event distribution.
From artwork to physical sample — the full process remains in-house
Send your logo (AI, EPS, PDF). Our designers convert it to production files and confirm Pantone references.
A physical pre-production sample with the exact print, badge, and LED configuration, approved physically before bulk production commences.
Bulk runs take 15–30 days with multi-stage QC — LED brightness, RF range, battery, strap durability, packaging inspection.
DDP door-to-door: one invoice covers freight, customs, and duties. The lanyards land at your warehouse or venue ready to distribute.
The fastest way to shortlist a model is to compare the five series side by side, then confirm the buying basics — MOQ, samples, certification, and delivery.
