Physical samples are produced before bulk manufacturing begins. You receive a working lanyard with your artwork, your badge shape, and your chosen LED configuration. Approve the sample, and we proceed to full production with confirmed specifications.

How many LED lanyards can you produce for a single event? +
Our standard MOQ is 200 units. For large events, we have fulfilled orders from 200 to 50,000+ units in a single production run. Production capacity scales with lead time — for high-volume orders exceeding 10,000 units, we recommend discussing your timeline during the quotation phase so we can allocate production capacity accordingly.
Can I synchronize the lanyards with my event lighting or stage show? +
Yes, through the GFC005 DMX512 transmitter. It connects to any standard lighting console via a DMX line. Program lanyard color changes, flashing patterns, and brightness cues directly into your show file. Because the GFC005 receives industry-standard DMX signals, synchronization with your existing lighting rig is millisecond-precise — no proprietary software or custom programming required.
How do I provide my event logo for strap printing? +
Send us your artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF, CDR) or high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum). For sublimation printing, vector artwork produces the sharpest results. If you only have a concept sketch or low-resolution image, our in-house design team can redraw it as a production-ready vector file — this service is included in the order cost.
Can the lanyards be reused for multiple events or tour legs? +
Yes. The battery compartment uses standard CR2032 or AAA batteries that are user-replaceable. For multi-leg tours, we supply replacement batteries with each new leg. The strap and badge are designed for repeated use. Some clients return used lanyards to us for strap replacement or LED module refurbishment between tour legs.
What certifications do I need for the event venue? +
Our standard certifications include FCC (US), CE (EU), RoHS (global), and KC (Korea). Most venues accept these for LED products. If your venue or country requires additional certification, we can provide technical data packages to support your application. Since GFLAI is the manufacturer, we can issue declarations and compliance documents directly.
Can attendees control their own lanyard color during the event? +
Yes, through the GFC008 APP transmitter. We can deploy a custom-branded mobile app that allows attendees to change their lanyard color from their phone. This creates interactive audience engagement — the attendee chooses their color, the lanyard responds instantly. The GFC008 also supports scheduled color changes and group control, so the event organizer retains overall coordination capability.
