Polyester, nylon, or TPU webbing. Any width from 10mm to 25mm. Full-color sublimation printing reproduces logos, gradients, and text without color shift. Because sublimation infuses ink into the fabric fibers, the print does not peel or fade.
Surface-mount RGB LEDs in the badge or strap. Because the module is sealed in a waterproof housing, the electronics withstand rain, sweat, and incidental splashes. LED lifespan exceeds 50,000 hours — the lanyard outlasts the event.
Acrylic, ABS, or round medal. The badge holds the LED module and doubles as the visible identification surface. Because acrylic diffuses light evenly, the entire badge glows — not just a single bright point.
Clear PVC pocket integrated into the strap or attached below the badge. Because the ID window is positioned below the LED module, the card is illuminated by the badge glow without blocking the light. Available in horizontal and vertical orientations.
Plastic or metal clip connecting strap to badge. Because the clip is detachable, straps and badges can be swapped independently. A torn strap does not require replacing the entire lanyard — only the strap is replaced.
Two CR2032 cells or three AAA batteries, depending on model. Because the battery compartment is accessed via a small screw or sliding door, replacing batteries takes under 30 seconds. Runtime ranges from 8 to 12 hours per set.

Because our sublimation printer is on-site, strap printing quality is controlled by us — not a third party. Color matching, alignment, and material tension are verified before any strap enters production. If a print does not match the approved proof, it is rejected before reaching the assembly line.
Laser cutting, LED soldering, battery compartment assembly, strap sewing, ID pocket integration, and final packaging — all performed in the same facility. A single lanyard passes through five QC checkpoints: component inspection, solder joint test, brightness calibration, waterproof test, and final visual inspection.
