The difference between GFLAI and many other suppliers lies not in whether DMX512 is supported, but in how deeply the wireless control is integrated into the product design. Many factories source standard lightstick bodies and attach third-party wireless modules as an add-on step. Because we design the RF receiver circuit, LED driver, and power management on the same PCB as a unified system, therefore the wireless control is a fundamental property of the product, not a retrofit.
Every custom LED lightstick from our factory contains a purpose-built receiver board that communicates with our GFC-series transmitters. This means the synchronization performance is predictable at scale because the hardware was built for it from the start.
Because the RF module is designed in-house alongside the LED driver and battery management circuits, therefore the entire power-to-light-to-control chain is optimized as a single system rather than a collection of loosely integrated components from different vendors.Not every event has the same technical infrastructure. GFC005 — DMX Console Integration: Plug-and-play connection to standard lighting desks used by professional show directors. No protocol converters or custom software needed. The lightstick network behaves like another lighting fixture in the console.
GFC008 — Dedicated APP Control: Standalone mobile application for iOS and Android. Suitable for events where a lighting console is not available or where the control operator prefers a touchscreen interface.
GFC007 — Dual Mode: Both DMX and APP control in one transmitter. Useful for complex productions where the lighting director manages the main show while a separate operator handles audience interaction segments.
Because all three transmitters operate on the same 2.4G RF protocol, therefore an event can switch between control methods or combine them without changing the lightstick hardware.
Because we maintain our own mold-making facility with ten experienced engineers, therefore custom LED lightstick designs requiring new injection molds go through design review, tooling fabrication, and sample iteration without leaving our factory campus. This means shorter lead times and tighter quality control compared to designs that must be sent to external mold shops.
Each custom project receives a dedicated three-person team: one engineer responsible for the RF and electronics integration, one designer for the visual and structural aspects, and one product manager who serves as your single point of contact from initial consultation through final delivery.

The lightsticks behave as addressable fixtures in the console universe, allowing show directors to integrate audience lighting into their existing show programming.
The 2.4G radio frequency band provides stable penetration through large crowds and structural elements typical of indoor arenas and outdoor festival grounds. Our protocol is optimized for broadcast-style communication, meaning one transmitter sends the same command to all receivers simultaneously rather than addressing units individually. This eliminates the latency accumulation that occurs in sequential addressing systems when the unit count reaches tens of thousands.
Point control sends an identical signal to every lightstick in the network, creating a unified audience display. Zone control divides the audience into independently addressable sections, each receiving its own color program. This allows VIP sections, stage-adjacent areas, and general admission to display different patterns simultaneously.
Beyond DMX console integration, custom mobile applications give artists direct control over audience lighting. The APP communicates with the GFC008 transmitter, which relays commands to the lightsticks. Fans can participate interactively by changing colors through the app during the show. Because the APP is developed in-house, therefore the control interface and color palette can be customized to match the artist brand identity.
Different GFLAI lightstick models can coexist in the same wireless network. Premium acrylic custom units for VIP sections, dome-shaped units for general admission, and high-brightness sticks for distant seating can all operate under one transmitter. Three control methods are available: DMX512 console integration via the GFC005 transmitter for professional show directors using standard lighting desks, dedicated APP control via the GFC008 transmitter for iOS and Android, and dual-mode control via the GFC007 transmitter that supports both DMX and APP operation simultaneously. All methods use 2.4G RF for reliable communication across a 250-meter venue radius.
Our wireless control system can synchronize tens of thousands of units within a single venue. The 2.4G RF broadcast architecture does not have a hard limit on the number of receivers that can listen to the same transmitter. Practical deployments have included events with 40,000+ units operating under a single control network. For larger deployments, additional transmitter units can be configured to extend coverage.
Lead time depends on the customization level. Stock model LED lightsticks with custom logo printing and color changes typically ship within 15 to 25 days after design approval. Fully custom designs requiring new mold development add 30 to 45 days for tooling and prototyping. We recommend contacting our team at least one month before your event date for stock customizations and three months ahead for full custom designs.
Both options are available. Battery-powered lightsticks use standard replaceable cells for single-use convenience, while rechargeable models feature built-in lithium batteries with USB charging for reusable applications across multiple events. The choice depends on your event logistics, whether fans keep the lightsticks as merchandise, and the expected usage duration.

Yes. Our in-house software team develops custom iOS and Android applications that control the lightsticks. The app features the artist or brand color palette, custom control modes, and interactive engagement features. For stock model LED lightsticks with custom logo printing and color configuration, the minimum order is 200 units. For acrylic custom shape models like the GFE005, minimum is also 200 units. For fully custom 3D designs requiring new injection mold development, the minimum rises to 2,000 units. Sample production is available for all model types before committing to bulk orders.
