How does the sound activation work?
Definition: A built‑in MEMS microphone picks up ambient sound. The onboard microcontroller analyses amplitude and frequency, then maps the signal to RGB colour and brightness changes in real time. Three sensitivity levels allow you to tune the reaction from subtle to dramatic.
Standard: The bracelet reacts to any sound — music, clapping, cheering. No pairing required. Works out of the box.
Basis: Our algorithm uses a fast Fourier transform (FFT) to separate bass, mid, and treble for richer effects.
Can I use them without a remote control?
Definition: Yes. The sound activated LED bracelet operates standalone as soon as the battery is inserted. It will automatically react to music with a default colour cycle. A remote control is optional for group synchronisation.
Standard: Each bracelet ships in standalone mode. The RF remote (sold separately) enables colour change and flash patterns.
Basis: We design for flexibility — the same hardware works in both consumer and pro setups.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom printing?
Definition: For custom logo or text printing on the band, the MOQ is 500 pcs per design. Plain colour bands (without printing) can be ordered from 200 pcs.

Are the bracelets waterproof for outdoor events?
Definition: The standard version is sweat‑resistant (IPX4). A fully waterproof variant (IP67) is available for outdoor festivals or pool parties. Please specify during ordering.
Standard: The IPX4 rating protects against splashes and rain. The IP67 version can be submerged up to 1 metre for 30 minutes.
Basis: We use conformal coating and sealed battery compartments for the waterproof model.
How long does bulk production take?
Definition: Production time varies depending on order size and complexity. We recommend placing orders at least 1 month before your event to ensure sufficient schedule buffer. For large orders, please contact us for a precise timeline.
Standard: Rush orders are possible but subject to a priority surcharge. We keep buffer capacity for urgent projects.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
